Full Job Description
The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, including guest services and property reservations. This role focuses on maximizing profitability while ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. The manager will lead and support front desk staff, helping to maintain service standards and achieve team goals. Regular communication with the General Manager is expected, along with a commitment to upholding all company policies and procedures.
Candidates must be willing to relocate and/or commute to Middletown, RI.

Schedule: must be available based on business needs to include holidays, evenings, and weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
