Host/Hostess – Sardella’s Restaurant

Sardella’s Restaurant is looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll help create a warm and welcoming dining experience while keeping service running smoothly.

Position Details:

• 20–35 hours per week
• Year-round employment
• Pay: $15–$18 per hour, based on experience
• Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage reservations and waitlists
• Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
• Coordinate seating with servers and management
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Restaurant experience is a plus but not required
